If you encounter an error when attempting to watch a video that is listed as "MEDIA_ERR_UNKNOWN", this issue is typically caused by a VPN or a firewall issue.
If you are using a VPN client to connect to your organization's network, disable your VPN client and attempt to watch the video, again. If you continue to experience the same error message after disabling your VPN client, try switching web browsers (ex: Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
