How do I change my address/update my profile?

Easy! Simply:

1. Sign into your Blanchard Community account.
2. Visit your profile menu on the upper right.
3. Select My Profile. You will be redirected.
4. Navigate to the Contact tile (below Recent Activity), and click Edit.
5. From here, you can update your email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, and social media contact information.
6. Don’t forget to scroll back up and hit Save!

Note: Your portal address and phone number are only visible to you, and to our community admins. Our admins will only use this information to offer fun swag and perks to show our thanks to engaged members!
