Administrators can preview a course template to see exactly how the course appears to learners. The Preview function is available during the first step of the new project setup process, within existing projects, and in the Course Templates area of the Library.
This preview also allows administrators to access assignment files (for example, documents such as worksheets) and streaming videos directly from the course preview.
Note: Integrated products, such as online assessments (for example, the Change Scan or Team Assessment), are not accessible in this view. To access these products, you must assign credits to yourself and add yourself as a participant in a project.
Preview Course During Project Setup
When creating a new project, a Preview button (eye icon) is available on each course template listed on the first step of the new project setup screen (Figure 1).
Preview Course in Existing Project
To view a course from the participant perspective in an existing project, open the project you want to preview. At the top of the screen, select Preview (Figure 2).
Preview Course Template in Library
To view a course from the participant perspective within Course Templates, open the Library tab from the main navigation (Figure 3-1) then select the Course Templates sub-option (Figure 3-2).
Select the course you want to preview, then select the Preview button near the top of the screen (Figure 4).
