Administrators can preview a course template or course design to see exactly how the course appears to Learners. This Preview function is available on the Set Up New Project screen, the Course tab in existing projects, and the Course Templates area of the Library.
This also allows Administrators to access simple documents/files (PDFs, DOCX, etc...) and streaming videos directly from the course preview.
| Note: Integrated Blanchard products, such as integrated assessments or eLearning modules, will not be accessible in this view. If you need to see these products, you will need to assign a set of credits to yourself and add yourself as a Participant to a project. |
Preview Course During Project Setup
When creating a new project, a "Preview" button is available on each course template listed on the Set Up New Project screen (Figure 1).
This will open a new window providing a view of the course as it will appear to participants.
Preview Course in Existing Project
To view the course from the Participant View in existing projects, start by opening the project you wish to preview. On the top of the screen, select "Preview" (Figure 2).

Preview Course Template in Library
To view the course from the Participant View in the Course Templates, open the "Library" tab under the main navigation (Figure 3-1) and then select the "Course Templates" sub-option (Figure 3-2).
Click on the course you wish to preview, and then select the "Preview" button towards the top of the screen (Figure 4).
