To re-use a course credit for a participant who is taking the place of another participant, refer to the How to Remove Participants From a Project tutorial.
Once you have removed the existing participant, their course credit will be returned and can be used for the new participant taking their place. If needed, refer to the How to Add or Edit Users tutorial for instructions on adding the new individual.
