Blanchard Exchange allows you to modify the branding of the Corporate Portal, including adding your company logo and changing the site’s color scheme. Any changes you make in the Corporate Portal are also reflected in the Learner Portal, so individuals you invite through projects will see your customized branding as well.
To change the branding of the portals, go to the Settings tab in your account and then select Branding.
Updating the Logo
To change the logo, select the Upload logo option displayed under the default Blanchard Exchange logo near the middle of the screen.
A new window will open, allowing you to browse for your new logo (the logo image must already be saved to your computer). Once you locate the file, select OPEN in the window.
Crop the logo if necessary, and then select Save logo. A logo with an aspect ratio of 39:10 works best (for example, 468 px × 120 px), though the cropping tool can be used for logos with alternative aspect ratios.
If you need to reset your logo to the default Blanchard Exchange logo, select Reset logo
Important: Blanchard Exchange caches logos for up to 24 hours. As a result, you may not immediately see your changes applied. You can switch web browsers or clear your browser cache and temporary internet files to force a refresh..
Updating the Color Scheme
To change the color scheme, options are listed on the right side of the screen under Colors. Each of the three main color values can be modified either by clicking in the color field and selecting a color using the color picker, or by entering a hexadecimal color value.
Once you finish modifying the color scheme, select Save colors to apply your changes to both the Corporate Portal and the Learner Portal.
If you need to reset the color scheme to the default Blanchard Exchange color values, select Reset colors.
