I get a message that the Web page cannot be displayed 

Issue:

This will happen when the assessment link within the email invitation is incomplete or shortened.

Solution:

1. Copy the entire assessment link within the email invitation.
2. Paste it directly into your Internet browser’s address bar.
3. Hit “Enter” or “Go.”
