I did not receive an email invitation to take the assessment 

Issue:
You were enrolled to participate in this assessment and did not receive an email invitation with login instructions.

Solution:

1. Please contact tech support directly.
2. Or, if you invited a rater to evaluate you and he or she did not get an email invitation, double-check that the person's email address was entered correctly and then resend the invitation.
3. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact tech support.
