If a video fails to play or is choppy, it could be one of the following issues:
1. Your internet connection may not be reliable enough to effectively stream the video. Ensure you are using a high speed internet connection and use a wired connection (not wireless), if possible.
2. You are connected to a VPN tunnel and/or proxy server that is slowing down your connection. Try disabling these to establish a connection directly to the streaming media server.
