Start by opening the project that contains the user you wish to remove, and then follow these steps:
Select the Participants tab.
Select the checkbox next to the name of the person you wish to remove.
- Select the Remove button (Figure 1).
The user will be removed from the project, and the associated credit will be returned to your available balance. Note that completion of certain integrated products (such as online assessments) may prevent a learner from being removed from the project enrollment.
