Blanchard Exchange may sometimes display the following error when attempting to remove participant enrollments, depending on the scenario:
- "Failed to deactivate all products for participant" - This message indicates that the participant has viewed and/or completed a product with specific rules that restrict when an individual can be removed (such as an integrated online assessment). Unfortunately, the participant's enrollment cannot be removed at this point.
If you encounter this error, you may leave the participant in this state, as it will prevent them from accessing the course. If you need to reactivate their enrollment, please contact your Blanchard Exchange Support contact.
