If you need to resend login details to a participant, follow the instructions found here.
You may also direct participants who were previously invited to visit www.blanchardexchange.com where they can enter their email address and the password they previously set.
Note: Blanchard Exchange does not include passwords in any emails for security purposes. If a participant does not know their password, instruct them to go to www.blanchardexchange.com, enter their email address, select Next, and then select the “Forgot password?” link under the “Sign In” button. After entering their email address and selecting “Reset Password,” a link will be emailed to them, allowing them to reset the password for their Blanchard Exchange account.
If a participant is not receiving their password reset email, have them verify that the email address entered on the Reset Password screen matches the email address used for their Blanchard Exchange enrollment. Some users have multiple email addresses, and the password reset email will only be sent to an email address associated with an existing user account.
