Blanchard Exchange allows you to view individual user details, such as course assignments, whether users are assigned to projects as Project Trainers, and even to look up user email addresses in case you need to contact them.
User information can be accessed either by searching for an individual and selecting their name from the search results, or by selecting an individual’s name when reviewing the Participants tab of a project.
The top of the User Profile screen includes (Figure 1):
The user’s name
Email address
Email verification status (i.e., whether the user has received an email from Blanchard Exchange and selected their invitation sign-in URL at least once)
Their home organization (company name)
Their account status, indicating whether their account is locked (most users will not have locked accounts)
The date and time the user last logged in to Blanchard Exchange
Additionally, sub-tabs are included below the user details with the following information:
Participations – Displays projects where the user is assigned as a learner
Org Details – Used for additional user information added by an administrator
Roles – Indicates any administrative roles assigned to the account
Project Roles – Indicates whether the user is listed as a Project Trainer
Groups – Displays any groups the user has been assigned to by an administrator
Selecting any project listed under the Participations tab takes you to the Project Overview screen for that project, provided access has been granted by your account administrator.
