Courses that include the SLII® Team Member Kit allow participants to send a registration URL to their team members, enabling those team members to self-register for access to the SLII® Team Member Kit content. This URL, along with a brief text description, can be copied and pasted into an email that participants send directly to their team members.
Administrators also have the ability to add team members on behalf of participants.
If your project includes this asset and you would like to send invitations to team members on behalf of participants, follow the steps below:
- Open your project.
- Select the Materials tab.
- Locate the SLII Team Member Kit in the list of materials, then select Administrate to the right of the item (Figure 1). You will be taken to the sub-project that contains the team members.
Select the Participants tab (Figure 2-1). Note that options are also available at the top of the screen to return to the main project (Figure 2-2) and to preview the course that team members will access (Figure 2-3).
The same options used to add participants to the main project are also available within the sub-project. You can add individuals one at a time or use the Upload tab to upload a roster.
