Blanchard Exchange allows you to copy existing projects, including any customizations made to course designs, and apply those customizations to new projects.
While it is still recommended to create course templates with your customizations for future use (see the Creating & Modifying Course Templates tutorial), the Project Copy feature provides a convenient shortcut for reusing existing customizations in new projects.
To copy a project, navigate to the project in the Corporate Portal. Near the top of the screen, select the three dots and then select Copy (Figure 1).
If the copied course design includes live event placeholders, you are required to publish the new project and enter updated dates, times, and location details. Select Publish Course Design Now to enter this information (Figure 2).
Once publishing is complete, you can proceed with standard administrative tasks, such as adding learners, sending or scheduling communications, and making additional project modifications.
