The project set-up screen includes a search field and filters to narrow down the list of courses when making selections to establish a project. While some accounts may only see one or two courses listed on the project setup screen, accounts that use multiple courses and/or Program Access Credits will have more courses listed.

The filters, in combination with the search field, will narrow your course selection choices, making it easier to locate a specific course/training experience.
To access the filters, select the Filters button above the course selection (Figure 1-1).
The following filters are available (Figure 1-2):

Recently Used: This option filters the list for courses that have been distributed from the account
- Note: This filter only displays courses used after the introduction of these filters. Courses that were previously used in an account but have not been used since the filters were introduced will not appear as selections when applying this filter.
- Language: This will show all available course languages enabled in the account, with check boxes to narrow down the list of courses based on the language(s) selected.
- Credits: Filter based on the available credits used for new user enrollments. These can include both Individual Course Access credits and Program Access Credits.
- Modality: This option lists the available training modalities between in-person instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, self-paced/asynchronous (i.e., no live training events within the course), and blended.
- Session Material Format: This lists the format of the session materials used for the instructor-led training, whether it includes electronic session materials (i.e., the participant downloads and brings the materials with them to the instructor-led training), or paper session materials (i.e., materials shipped by Blanchard).
