We are excited to announce a series of updates to our credit system and project set-up process. These changes include adding credit balances to the project set-up screen, new filtering to narrow down course selection, removal of add-on credit requirements, and a new credit type called Program Access Credits.
Credit Balances on Project Set-up Screen
Credit balances are now displayed on each course available on the course selection screen in the project set-up process. This allows administrators to easily see remaining credit balances at the time of establishing a project.
Project Set-up Filters
We have added a series of filters to the course selection page in the project set-up process. Administrators can now filter courses based on training modality (ex: virtual vs. in-person), language, session material format (paper vs. electronic), and favorite courses, which show courses that have been used with previous projects.
These filters can be used to narrow the selection of courses on the Corporate Portal project set-up screen and to pair them within the existing search feature.

Program Access Credits
Program Access Credits are a flexible new credit type related to ordering and distributing Blanchard programs.
Blanchard has traditionally provided individual courses and credits to customers based on the program purchased, along with the training modality, language of materials, and session material format. Credits were added to customer accounts based on this specific combination. If administrators wanted to switch between these combinations, it required a separate pool of credits for each combination and/or a manual exchange of credits.
Program Access Credits offer a shared credit type that can be redeemed toward multiple courses. For example, our Coaching Essentials® Program Access Credit enables all instructor-led Coaching Essentials courses on the Corporate Portal based on training modality and language. A single BX Program Access Credit covers all these offerings, giving administrators a single pool of credits to redeem toward these combinations.
Note: Courses that include paper session materials are not currently covered directly by Program Access Credits. However, customers can connect with Blanchard to exchange Program Access Credits toward courses that include paper session materials.
Additional details can be viewed here.
Note that existing credits for individual courses will remain in customer accounts. Additionally, customers can continue to order Individual Course Access Credits.
Customers who use Individual Course Access Credits as well as Program Access Credits covering the same course offering(s) will also see cumulative totals based on both credit pools on their project set-up course selection screen. Projects using courses that are shared between two credit pools will also show all available credits that can be redeemed toward the course.
