The following are requirements for Adobe Connect Meetings.
It is also recommended to disable any VPN clients and/or connections to proxy servers prior to connecting to an Adobe Connect meeting as these can cause connectivity issues.
Browser and Software Requirements
The following web browsers are supported:
- Microsoft Edge (Latest)
- Apple Safari (Latest)
- Google Chrome (Latest)
- Mozilla Firefox (Latest)
We also recommend that end-users install the Adobe Connect add-in to join a meeting - certain meeting features may provide a better experience using the add-in. However, this add-in is not required (note an exception below related to Internet Explorer*), and end-users do have an option to join meetings solely using their web browser.
*Note: Internet Explorer 11 can be used to join an Adobe Connect meeting, but end-users must install the add-in. Joining by browser/HTML5 is not supported using IE11.

Run the Connection Test:

Review of the additional Adobe Connect Meeting requirements below may not be necessary if you are successful in joining a test meeting.
Firewall Requirements
https://blanchard.adobeconnect.com
For the best experience with WebRTC in Adobe Connect Meetings, you should allow UDP and TCP traffic, as follows:
Port Number | Protocol | Use | Domain |
3478 | TCP | STUN/TURN | blanchard.webrtc.adobeconnect.com |
3478 | UDP | STUN/TURN | blanchard.webrtc.adobeconnect.com |
32000 – 65535 | UDP | SRTP | blanchard.webrtc.adobeconnect.com |
443 | TCP | TURNS | blanchard.webrtc.adobeconnect.com |
443 | TCP | HTTPS | blanchard.adobeconnect.com |
Note: If you cannot allow UDP, or port 3478 over TCP, you can have a very good experience over TURN-S, by allowing only 443 as follows:
Port Number | Protocol | Use | Domain |
443 | TCP | TURN-S | blanchard.webrtc.adobeconnect.com |
443 | TCP | HTTPS | blanchard.adobeconnect.com |
