We are pleased to introduce a variety of new enhancements in today's release!
New Reporting
New Reporting
New account-level and project-specific reports have been introduced along with a new reporting engine. The following reports are now available under the Reports tab of the Corporate Portal:
- Automated Communication Plan Activity - This report provides a summary of email sends, opens, and click-throughs to Blanchard Exchange for emails triggered from automated communication plans.
- Challenge Product Activity - In addition to the existing Challenge Completion reports, this new report provides summary activity of Challenge assignments such as the total number of visits, average visits per user, total accessed, and total completed. This report is also now available at the project-level.
- Course Enrollments - This long-requested report provides a breakdown of project enrollment/course enrollment/completion for all users in an account including assignment completion totals.
- Product Activity Summary By Course - This report summarizes individual assignment views/completions based on assignments within a course.

Enhanced Events Tab
The existing Events tab in projects that records calendar invitation responses has been updated to reflect a cleaner interface. Calendar invitation responses are now displayed initially as totals, with the ability to select any total listed to view the learners who have selected that calendar invitation response. Existing functionality is still present, such as the ability to resend a learner's calendar invitation or change their response.
In addition, it is now possible to remove a learner from a project (useful for cases where a learner declines an event), send an email through Blanchard Exchange to one-or-more learners, and search through the list of learners under each total noted above all from the Events tab.
New Assessments Tab
To coincide with the release of the updated reporting engine, the bulk report download options for the LBAII® Self and DISC Profile assessments have been migrated to a new Assessments tab in projects. This tab offers adjustments similar to the Events tab noted above, now with totals listed for the completion statuses and the ability to select the totals for a list of applicable users.
