The enhanced Learner Portal and new course builder will be launched on May 9, 2019. Please see our previous announcement for more information.
Responsive Learner Portal
Once released, the Learner Portal home screen will automatically be upgraded to the new format for all users. Additionally, all standard Blanchard courses will be upgraded to support the new format. These course updates will apply to any new projects created after the release.
Please note the following:
- Existing users who have access to one or more courses will still see those courses in the current/non-responsive Learner Portal format. To avoid possible issues with extensive course customization, these existing courses/projects are not being upgraded automatically.
- Custom course templates in the Corporate Portal library will not be upgraded automatically. However, a button will be added to these course templates to transition them to the new format. This is being done to give administrators control over when they want to transition these templates and start taking advantage of new course builder features.
Administrators had the ability to move users one at a time; this new enhancement will allow multiple learners to be moved from one project to another simultaneously.

We will be hosting a webinar on May 30 at 10:00 A.M. Pacific to go over the new course builder and give you examples of customizations that take advantage of new features. This webinar will be useful to anyone new to the course builder along with users familiar with the previous version of the course builder. This webinar will be recorded and posted publicly for anyone unable to attend.

- Existing Blanchard Exchange Users: Select the "Already Registered?" button to sign in to your account.
- New Users: Enter your name and email address followed by selecting "Sign up". Be sure to select the link you'll receive in your inbox following your initial registration to complete the registration steps.

Access the beta Learner Portal: Want to try the new interface early? Use to sign in to your Learner Portal and access your existing courses using the new format. Note that the beta version supports only American English as the interface language.
