Today’s release introduces new navigating shortcuts in Blanchard Exchange.
In an effort to guide learners and eliminate extra steps to navigate in the interface, the following changes are now live for any learners who have access to one or more responsive courses:
Directing learners to active course
- Learners who have only one active course will now automatically land in that course after signing in to Blanchard Exchange
Directing learners to the most-relevant section in courses that contain live events
- If no live events have passed, learners will be directed to the first incomplete activity in their course
- If a live event has passed, learners will be directed to the first incomplete activity that follows the completed live event
- If all events have passed and all activities are completed, learners will be directed to the activity they most recently visited*
*Courses that do not contain live events will use the same navigation pattern.
In addition to the above navigation changes, we are excited to announce our Blanchard Exchange app for mobile and tablet devices will soon be released.
Individuals who have an Android or iOS device will be able to access all content and features on their Learner Portal by simply opening the app. A new persistent login feature will keep individuals signed in to Blanchard Exchange, making it faster and easier to access content.
Keep an eye out for more details regarding the release of the Blanchard Exchange app.
