We’re refreshing the language used in select Blanchard Exchange courses and communications to make course labels clearer and materials easier to find.
What’s changing
You may notice the following updated terminology:

Related course instructions and email communications are also being updated for clarity and consistency.
Some facilitator material courses may also look different as sections, menus, links, and resources are reorganized to make materials easier to locate.
What’s not changing
The underlying course content is not changing. These updates are focused on clearer terminology, improved navigation, and a more intuitive experience when locating and using Blanchard resources.
During the transition, you may see both previous and updated terminology in some materials as these changes are implemented across Blanchard Exchange. Note that custom course templates created in the Blanchard Exchange Corporate Portal will not automatically receive these same updates.
